IF YOU HAVE AN ABSTRACT ACCEPTED OR ARE AN INVITED SPEAKER the Workshop registration fee will be FREE. We have provided 120 free registrations.

Once you have registered an invoice will be sent to you/your agency, do not pay any moneys until receipt of invoice. The workshop fee is $150 for the two days.
