Memberships are free and are available to anyone in the Victorian community with a long-term interest in borrowing from the Education + Centre. You will need a borrower's card to borrow from the centre. To get a borrower's card, please print out either the Word version or the PDF version of the Community Borrower Registration form, complete the details and send it to us (details in the form).
